Job summary

Dyna Robotics is seeking a Fleet Reliability Engineer to own the health of its humanoid robot fleet, from root-causing hardware issues to building telemetry and tooling that detects degradation before downtime.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of hardware, firmware, controls, and data infrastructure; you may solder a fix, design brackets, and roll out fleet health metrics while collaborating with hardware and software teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in robotics, mechatronics, hardware test, or reliability engineering.
• Hands-on bench skills with soldering iron, multimeter, and calipers.
• Ability to connect physical evidence to design causes.
• Experience with robot control concepts and actuators.

Responsibilities

• Root-cause complex fleet failures across hardware and firmware.
• Bench-test actuators and electronics; rework and repair.
• Design and build mechanical fixtures, brackets, mounts.
• Translate mechanical evidence into design changes.
• Develop fleet health metrics and alerting.
