Qualifications

• 2–5 yrs in deployments or integration for large customers.
• Strong stakeholder management; build trust with technical and non-technical partners.
• Comfort navigating competing priorities with strategic/product decisions.
• Experience with hardware, manufacturing or data centers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run deployments end-to-end: define work scope, manage deployment environment and drive robot performance.
• Be the key bridge: go onsite and meet with customers to locate their biggest problems and understand the critical questions they need to answer.
• Collaborate with engineers: build deployment-specific products with engineers to meet customer needs.
