Job summary

Dynamic Creatures seeks an on-site robotics engineer to serve as the main technical presence at customer sites in Cambridge, MA. You will lead deployment and day-to-day operation, bridging our engineering team and the customer to ensure a smooth rollout.

You’ll develop testing plans, run site tests, analyze data, and drive improvements to both software and hardware while communicating findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Business, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years managing complex robotics integrations; 3+ years with MS.
• Proven ability to lead technical rollouts across hardware, software, and on-site operations.
• Ability to explain complex technology to audiences from shop floor to boardroom.

Responsibilities

• Represent engineering on-site for development and deployment.
• Build site-specific testing plans and procedures.
• Run on-site tests, track data, debug issues, and keep work moving.
• Ensure testing goals are met while keeping the customer happy with performance.
• Analyze data to improve our software and hardware.
• Provide clear, useful feedback to engineering.
