Dynamic Creatures is seeking a Deployment Field Engineer who will be the primary technical presence at customer sites, helping deploy robotics systems and then supporting day‑to‑day operations once live. You will act as translator between our engineering team and customers, ensuring smooth integration and robust performance.
The role requires 5+ years with a BS or 3+ with an MS in engineering or related field, plus hands‑on experience leading complex robotic rollouts and on‑site debugging.

You’ll be the main technical presence at one of our customer sites — first helping develop the deployment, then living it day-to-day once the robots are up and running. Equal parts engineer and on‑site translator between our engineering team and the customer.
50% travel expected. This role is in‑person in Cambridge, MA 5‑days per week when not traveling.
