Nimble Robotics, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations on commercial construction and renovation projects supporting Nimble’s robotic fulfillment facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading field crews or foremen.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specs.
• OSHA compliance and safety commitment.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in active environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily construction activities on job sites.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, safe, and meet quality standards.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Hold daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve field issues proactively.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with specs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers.
• Maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Identify productivity improvements and reduce delays.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
• Travel to project sites as needed (up to 25%).
