Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to serve as the operating room expert for CORI robotic knee and hip solutions. This field-based role focuses on hands-on case coverage, driving adoption, and collaborating with surgeons and sales leaders to expand the use of CORI technology across the Milwaukee and Chicago markets.

The role requires 2+ years in medical device sales or OR-based commercial settings, experience in orthopaedics/ robotics, and a willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment preferred.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset with ability to influence in high pressure OR environments.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and stakeholders.
• Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OR expert for CORI robotic solutions, providing hands-on case coverage for new and existing customers.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI in partnership with relevant teams.
• Support product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within the territory.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgeries.
• Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to territory revenue performance.
• Represent Smith+ Nephew at labs, services, and medical education events.
