Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program (bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD).
• Undergrad Sophomore or higher; Master’s and PhD for advanced areas.

Responsibilities

• Research disease states, treatment options, patient pathways, surgical workflows, and competitive technologies.
• Identify and analyze user needs, use scenarios, workflow requirements, and design inputs.
• Plan and execute user research, usability evaluations, and product assessments.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and communicate findings.
• Develop and maintain human factors, clinical, and risk management documentation.
• Develop clinical workflows, task analyses, and product use scenarios for validation.
• Build reports, presentations, visualizations, and project summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians and end users to translate feedback into improvements.
• Develop test methods and evaluation approaches for product performance and user interaction.
