Job summary

Dexmate is seeking a Software Engineer to build the quality and release infrastructure behind its software platform and robot fleet. As releases scale across devices, they must be qualified, not simply shipped.

You will own CI/CD, testing and release pipelines across cloud, edge, and robot software; develop automated gates, and partner with cross-functional teams to raise quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering, SDET, developer infrastructure, or release engineering experience.
• Strong programming and automation skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, test frameworks, cloud/container systems, and production reliability.
• Robotics, autonomous systems, connected devices, or hardware/software testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD, test infrastructure, and release pipelines across cloud, edge, and robot software.
• Develop automated release gates for correctness, performance, reliability.
• Build integration, regression, end-to-end, performance, and failure testing infrastructure.
• Improve release observability, failure diagnosis, rollback readiness, and engineering feedback loops.
• Partner with software, embedded, and robotics teams to establish scalable quality standards.
