Job summary

Dexory is seeking an engineer to turn data from our fleet of robots into reliable, actionable insights. You will build dashboards, analyze telemetry, and drive improvements across hardware and software teams in a fast-moving logistics environment.

You’ll collaborate with Robot Support and Commissioning to close gaps between field failures and pre-shipping checks, and you will help set preventive maintenance through data-driven alerts.

Qualifications

• A few years of engineering experience in a data-heavy, operational or reliability role.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and dashboards.
• Experience with time-series data and alerting.
• Familiar with Linux and log analysis; ROS knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Clear written communication and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, metrics and alerts for robot and fleet health.
• Analyze incident and telemetry data to identify recurring failures and indicators.
• Investigate degradation signals and convert them into alerts or tickets.
• Audit fleet configuration, detect drift, and simplify to prevent drift.
• Track component-level health and inform preventive maintenance schedules.
• Produce evidence packs for engineering and hardware decisions.
• Feed findings into playbooks so Robot Support can act on them.
• Collaborate with Robot Support and Commissioning to close the loop between field failures and pre-shipping checks.
