Dexmate Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to build the quality and release infrastructure for Dexmate’s software platform and robot fleet. You will develop CI/CD pipelines and automated release gates to ensure releases meet performance and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering or release roles.
• Strong programming and automation skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, test frameworks, cloud and containers.
• Robotics or hardware/software testing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD, test infrastructure, and release pipelines across cloud, edge, and robot software.
• Develop automated release gates for correctness, performance, reliability, compatibility, and system health.
• Build integration, regression, end-to-end, performance, and failure testing infrastructure.
• Improve release observability, failure diagnosis, rollback readiness, and engineering feedback loops.
• Partner with software, embedded, and robotics teams to establish scalable quality standards.
