Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking software engineer interns for a 12-week Summer 2027 program in San Francisco or Sunnyvale. You will work across Perception, Autonomy Platform, or Air Cloud Foundry, building and shipping software that powers autonomous delivery.

You’ll collaborate with mentors, learn through hands-on projects, and present your summer learnings at the end. Eligible candidates are CS students graduating 2027–2028, with CPT for CPT for F-1 and authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with databases (e.g., AWS, SQL) and solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient experience with at least 1 object‑oriented programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin).
• Experience writing clean code, working with version control, and doing unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and ship technical elements with mentor support.
• Act on feedback and mentorship to grow skills.
• Collaborate with your team to solve problems for customers and impact the business.
• Present夏 learnings in a final summer presentation.
