Job summary

Custom Building Products in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Machine Technician to operate and maintain production equipment, including robotic systems, on our 2nd shift. The role includes setting adjustments, palletizing, and ensuring product quality while supporting daily production goals.

You'll work Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM–2:30 AM with a $1.00/hour shift premium and potential $1.00/hour raise after 90 days, plus overtime opportunities and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience with robotics or automated production equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to wear respirator and PPE per OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems using teaching pendants safely and efficiently.
• Work with automated systems, including Noltec equipment (training will be provided).
• May include batch making duties.
• Adjust machine settings, including product size and pallet configurations.
• Place pallets on conveyors and initiate robotic operations.
• Ensure accurate product weights and maintain neat pallets.
