You will operate and maintain automated production equipment, including robotic systems, to support daily production and meet schedules.

The role requires a strong understanding of production processes, the ability to manage schedules, and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with robotics or automated production equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems safely and efficiently.
• Work with automated systems and production equipment.
• Adjust machine settings for product size and pallet configurations.
• Place pallets on conveyors and initiate robotic operations.
• Ensure accurate product weights and neat palletizing.
• Monitor production schedules and performance goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain quality, accuracy and productivity.
• Support team operations and continuous improvement.
