Job summary

Contoro Robotics, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across technical, engineering, and operational roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers, craft job descriptions, source candidates, and manage interview processes to deliver a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience in robotics or tech, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting within robotics, automation, warehouse/logistics tech, engineering, or technology industries
• Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through multiple channels
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
• Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Familiarity with technical roles in robotics, engineering, software, manufacturing, or automation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP Manager to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, operational, and corporate positions
• Create and maintain job descriptions and postings
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, networking, and other channels
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication throughout hiring
• Collect interview feedback and help move candidates through recruiting stages
• Support offer preparation, approvals, negotiations, and offer communication
• Coordinate with HR for smooth candidate-to-new-hire transition
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS
• Develop recruiting workflows, scorecards, and templates
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity)
• Maintain relationships with external recruiters and vendors
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and relationships with universities and technical programs
• Support employee referral programs and workforce planning
• Represent Contoro at recruiting events and campus fairs
• Contribute to employer branding and careers-page content
• Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
