Pfizer Inc. in the United States (On Premise) seeks an Associate Scientist in Clinical Immunology & Diagnostics, Robotics & Automation to advance automated sample preparation workflows for vaccine research. You will operate and optimize automation systems while ensuring compliance and high data quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, lab experience, and strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and GxP practices is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Experience working in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or academic environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using common AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to support problem solving and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory automation systems to ensure reliable, compliant operations.
• Follow approved procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards to ensure successful execution of responsibilities.
• Execute assigned work to meet schedule demands, project milestones, and deadlines with high quality.
• Support management of laboratory materials, reagents, controls, reference standards, and consumables for automated workflows.
• Collaborate with scientific, operational, and quality partners to support objectives and project deliverables.
• Maintain current departmental, quality and safety training requirements.
