Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences
• Hands-on lab experience with basic assay execution, data collection, and documentation.
• Interest in automation or process improvement.
• Early adopter mindset to pilot emerging tools and technologies.
• Experience with laboratory robotics or automation for assay efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for problem solving and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to evaluation and implementation of new laboratory technologies including automation and AI tools.
• Support assay development, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform laboratory tasks following SOPs and best practices; document results.
• Collaborate with scientists, automation specialists, and quality partners to ensure scientific soundness and compliance.
• Present results and summaries at group meetings and provide progress updates.
