Requirements: BA/BS with 3-5 years or Master's with 0-4 years in biotherapeutics testing, strong documentation skills, experience with spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques (e.g., UV-VIS, HPLC/UPLC, ELISA), and knowledge of GMP laboratory operations.
Preferred: familiarity with software systems (EMPOWER, LIMS), GxP knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience with AI tools.
