Job summary

Modula Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair automation equipment, including punching machines, bending, laser, robotics, and powder coating systems. You will follow 5S, safety and quality standards while supporting production uptime.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, mechanical and electrical skills, and ability to read schematics. On-site role with occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in robotics, press brake, and laser cutting systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or other problems using schematics, drawings, manuals, and meters.
• Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and Modula Lift machine; on-site training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on production equipment (punching machines, panel benders, laser cutters, welding cells, powder coating).
• Adjust, calibrate, repair, replace, or modify components to support continuous operation.
• Communicate issues to production teams with estimated repair times.
