Job summary

You will maintain customer relationships and product perception by ensuring installations are correct, programmed effectively, and operating reliably at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Onsite manufacturing facility experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Deep knowledge of industrial control, architecture and networking.
• PLC platforms experience: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and network drawings.
• Experience programming major industrial robot platforms; multi-brand preferred.
• Troubleshoot complex systems under pressure.
• Understanding of electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong collaboration, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and support industrial control architectures using modern protocols.
• Program and support robotic systems including Kawasaki, Fanuc, KUKA, UR, ABB.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues during startup and production.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver automation solutions.
• Support customer installations, startups and validations at domestic and international sites.
• Travel up to 65% to support new customer projects, commissioning activities, and troubleshooting.
