Job summary

Accenture seeks a Robotics Automation Engineer to guide the Physical AI lifecycle from digital twins to production deployment in manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. You will design and program robots, integrate them with PLCs, SCADA, MES, WMS and ERP, using ROS/ROS 2, Python and C++ while collaborating with OT teams and AI architects.

The role involves travel up to 75% for deployments and support across multiple client sites in manufacturing and logistics environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotics automation experience.
• Hands-on with at least one industrial robot or cobot.
• Understanding of robotics fundamentals and safety.
• Experience integrating robotics with automation equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 yrs).

Responsibilities

• Design, program, configure and deploy industrial robots and cobots.
• Integrate robots with conveyors, safety systems, sensors, ERP and MES.
• Develop robot programs and interfaces using OEM tools, Python, C++.
• Support cell design, layout validation and safety assessments.
• Use digital twins and simulation for offline programming and validation.
• Collaborate with AI architects and OT teams.
