Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years in engineering, robotics, or a related technical role required.
• Strong communication and willingness to work overtime on projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing interfaces and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC platforms (Rockwell, Mitsubishi) and resolve controls issues.
• Program and troubleshoot Fanuc robots at a foundational level.
• Configure and troubleshoot servo and VFD systems (SEW, AB, Mitsubishi).
• Configure and troubleshoot HMI systems.
• Train and assist electricians to troubleshoot, repair, replace, and commission electrical control devices.
• Provide direction, assistance, and training to maintenance electricians as needed.
• Support basic maintenance of networking/communications (DeviceNet, ControlNet, Ethernet/IP).
• Plan and coordinate engineering project work with team members; participate in commissioning and start‑up.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for severe downtime incidents.
