Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in industrial controls and automation in manufacturing.
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
- Experience developing and troubleshooting HMI applications.
- Ability to read schematics and drawings; familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
Responsibilities
- Design, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs, HMIs, and control systems.
- Diagnose electrical/automation issues with sensors, motors, VFDs, and networks.
- Update electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and documentation.
- Support installations, commissioning, startup, and validation.
- Identify improvements to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
- Train maintenance technicians and operators on controls and troubleshooting.
