You will work from engineering drawings and build instructions to assemble precision components, wiring harnesses, sensors, and actuators, ensuring quality at every step. The role covers mechanical and electrical tracks, with opportunities to contribute from prototype through scalable production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience assembling precision electromechanical products.
• Comfort with hand tools, torque drivers, fasteners, adhesives, wiring.
• Ownership mindset: identify bottlenecks, reduce defects, improve efficiency.
• Electrical assembly discipline: crimping, termination, IPC-A-620 familiarity, testing.
• Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Build complex electromechanical assemblies including wiring harnesses, sensors, and actuators with precision.
• Support prototype through production builds maintaining high quality and efficiency.
• Assist with basic power-on, calibration, testing, and validation of robots.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine assembly methods and improve processes.
• Fabricate electrical assemblies to IPC/WHMA-A-620 quality levels and document tests.
