Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is seeking motivated 2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly Operators to work with advanced welding robots. You will load parts onto the production line and help run multiple lines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment near sparking welding robots.

The role requires availability for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–2:00 AM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday), no high school diploma needed, with 6 months to 1 year of automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
• 3rd shift is 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of consistent work experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Robot operation: Load parts onto the production line for welding and help manage 3-4 lines.
• Physical demands: Expect extensive walking and standing during shifts.
• Independent work: Operate with minimal supervision to keep the production flow smooth.
