Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is seeking motivated 2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly Operators to work with advanced welding robots. You will load parts onto the production line and help run multiple lines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment near sparking welding robots.

The role requires availability for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–2:00 AM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday), no high school diploma needed, with 6 months to 1 year of automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Robot Operation:Load parts onto the production line for the robots to weld. You may be responsible for managing 3-4 lines simultaneously.
• Physical Demands:Expect extensive walking and standing throughout your shift.
• Independent Work:Operate independently with minimal supervision, ensuring the smooth flow of the production process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Availability to work 2nd shift (must be available between3:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
• 3rd shift is 11pm-7:30am, Sunday-Thursday
• No High school diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months to 1 year of consistent work experience, preferably in an automotive manufacturing setting.
