Job summary

The Northern Manufacturing Co., Inc in Oak Harbor, OH is seeking an Automation / Robotic Weld Operator for the 3rd shift (7:30pm–6:00am, Monday–Thursday) to support our automation team with setup, programming, and operation of robotic welders and related equipment.

You will read blueprints, adjust fixtures, monitor robot performance, perform quality checks, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic weld knowledge and ability to work independently are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic weld knowledge preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop routes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate robotic welders and automation equipment.
• Read blueprints/work orders and adjust fixtures as needed.
• Monitor robot performance and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality.
• Load and unload materials and follow safety protocols.
