Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in robotics, automation, or related field.
• Up to 5 years in industrial automation, robotics, system integration, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with robot apps, customer/partner technical support, and validation.
• Proficient in Python, C++, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Angular.
• Knowledge of Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, EtherCAT, REST APIs, and I/O mapping.
• Ability to define specs, test plans, validation reports, and actionable feedback for PM/R&D.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for partners, OEMs, integrators, and customers on PolyScope X and URCapX.
• Scope solutions and guide SDK/API usage, architecture choices, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Develop application solutions and technical guidance across robotics, automation, and integration activities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D through beta testing, feedback, and gap analysis.
• Build enablement resources: workshops, demos, sample code, guides, and training curricula.
• Support customer visits, partner meetings, and technical workshops.
