Job summary

Teradyne Robotics, a division of Teradyne, is seeking an Applications Engineer to accelerate adoption of PolyScopeX and URCapX in the US and globally. You will lead onboarding for partners, OEMs, integrators, customers, and collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and regional teams to guide integrations and developer experiences.

You will develop solutions for modular robot ecosystems, contribute to documentation, and create training materials while engaging with customers and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in robotics, mechatronics, automation, electrical or mechanical engineering, CS, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for partners, OEMs, integrators, and customers developing products for PolyScope X and URCapX; scope solutions, SDK usage, architecture choices, testing expectations, and deployment readiness.
• Develop application solutions and technical guidance across collaborative robotics, automation, system integration, demos, proof-of-concept planning, prototype validation, feasibility analysis, and customer acceptance support.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D through beta testing, issue reproduction, feedback, and gap identification in documentation and developer tools.
• Create durable enablement resources for partners and internal teams, including workshops, demos, sample code, guides, and training curricula.
• Support customer visits, partner meetings, trade shows, and workshops; communicate product value and ecosystem advantages with Sales and Product Marketing.
