Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in robotics software development and technical project management.
• Strong C++ and Python programming skills.
• Experience with 3D geometry and point cloud processing (PCL/Open3D).
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Wrike or similar PM tools.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own mapping projects from planning through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into project plans, milestones, timelines.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among engineering, product, operations and customers.
• Track progress using Jira/Confluence/Wrike and manage scope and dependencies.
• Identify risks and communicate status; drive issue resolution.
• Develop docs, processes, playbooks to improve scalability.
