Fukai Toyotetsu Indiana Corporation in Jamestown, IN is seeking an experienced Robotic Welding Team Leader to join the 2nd shift. You will supervise welding operations, coordinate activities, and drive quality and continuous improvement in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.

You will lead and coach team members, monitor MIG and resistance spot welding processes, interpret blueprints, and ensure adherence to customer specifications and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience operating, troubleshooting, and supporting robotic welding systems.
• Knowledge of MIG and resistance spot welding and weld quality standards.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Communicate Group Leader’s directions to Team Members.
• Coordinate team activities to meet production schedules.
• Analyze problems and recommend solutions to the Manager.
• Help resolve issues affecting team performance with support from management.
• Maintain production records as needed.
• Report machine and equipment malfunctions to Maintenance.
• Train Team Members in departmental functions.
