Job summary

Gradall Industries in Kentucky is hiring for Robot Welding positions. You will inspect blueprints, set welding parameters, and operate robotic welders to produce high-quality welds across multiple positions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Pass an entry level welding test.
  • Ability to read blueprints at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to operate robotic welding equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate robotic welder and retrieve weld programs.
  • Read blueprints and set welding parameters.
  • Weld in multiple positions and pass entry-level weld test.
  • Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
  • Cut, grind, and finish parts; perform routine maintenance.
  • Lift and move materials and assist with machine upkeep.
  • Recordkeeping and working with supervision on assigned tasks.
  • Prioritize work to maximize equipment utilization.
