Job summary

Gradall Industries in Tuscarawas County seeks Welders with blueprint literacy and welding test ability. Responsibilities include fit-up, tack and finish welds across positions, reading blueprints, and safe operation of cutting torches. Must pass entry weld test and handle routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience and ability to pass welding test.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform welds in multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Fit up, tack weld, and finish weld to specifications.
• Read blueprints and operation sheets to produce quality work.
• Set gas and oxygen levels for cutting torches; operate safely.
• Cut steel and other metals with accuracy per prints.
• Perform grinding, maintenance, and material handling as needed.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety rules; maintain attendance.
