Job summary

Gradall Industries seeks skilled robot welders to read blueprints, set up welds, and finish welds to high-quality standards. You will operate robotic welding equipment and adjust settings to produce acceptable results, following safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and welding test passed.
• Experience in manufacturing or welding environment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate robotic weld equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fit up, tack weld and finish weld to blueprints and operation sheets.
• Adjust welding settings and wire; operate robotic welder and programs.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance; perform routine machine care.
• Inspect welded work and maintain records as required.
