Job summary

Excel Loading Systems is hiring a Robotic Welder Operator for our Cincinnati, OH facility. This full-time role focuses on operating and monitoring robotic welding systems, loading parts, and adjusting programs to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing and/or welding experience required.
• Basic mechanic aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous robotic welding experience preferred.
• MIG/GMAW or GTAW welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic welding systems and equipment.
• Load parts, select welding programs, and make approved adjustments.
• Set up fixtures and verify proper part orientation, fit-up, and alignment.
• Monitor welding parameters such as wire feed, voltage, and travel speed.
• Troubleshoot basic robotic welding issues and communicate equipment or quality concerns.
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
