Job summary

K&S Manufacturing Ixonia, Wisconsin, United States is seeking a Robotic Welder for 2nd shift (2pm-12am, Monday-Thursday). The operator will run automatic electric-arc welding machines, ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy while following safety and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities include fixture changes, machine adjustments, and collaboration across departments to meet production targets. A high school diploma and welding basics are required, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic electric-arc welding machines for standard welding operations.
• Change fixtures and adjust machines per instructions.
• Follow department procedures and quality requirements.
• Monitor quality and dimensional accuracy and report concerns.
• Collaborate with Tool Makers and other departments to support production.
• Adhere to Quality Policy, ISO requirements, and safety procedures.
