Job summary

Chapter 2, Inc. seeks a Robotic Welder for 1st shift (6am-2pm, Mon-Fri) to operate, monitor and maintain automated welding systems, producing precise components in a climate-controlled facility.

You will read blueprints, set up components, and perform secondary grinding and sanding between cycles, while upholding quality and safety standards and contributing to a clean, efficient work area. Qualifications

• Read blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Follow instructions and read blueprint specifications.
• Maintain safety and quality throughout welding process.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Operate large-scale CNC robotic welding machines.
• Set up components for welding according to specifications.
• Perform secondary work such as grinding and sanding between cycle times.
• Follow all quality and safety requirements.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintain a clean work area.
• Monitor and adhere to company policies.
