Job summary

Standard Iron is seeking dependable Robotic Welders to operate and monitor robotic welding equipment, producing high-quality metal components that meet customer specifications. You will handle loading and unloading parts, troubleshoot minor issues, and document production counts and quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $22–$34 per hour, a $1,500 hiring bonus, and a first-shift schedule Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 4-day

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
• Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
• Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
• Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to join our team. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $22.00-$34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)

$1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment

First Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00Am-4:30PM
• 4-Day Work Week
