You will interpret blueprints and welding specs to program systems and collaborate with engineering for process improvements. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years of robotic welding experience, with proficiency in reading welding symbols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years operating robotic welding in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Arc welding processes.
• Ability to perform mechanical adjustments on robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate robotic welding machines per specifications.
• Inspect and test welded components for quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic welders.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures to configure welders.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve processes.
• Maintain detailed records of welding operations and maintenance.
