Job description

Join our team at Twin City Staffing as a robotic welder for the 2nd shift! If you are detail-oriented, skilled in operating welding robots, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards, we want to hear from you.

Location:

Coon Rapids, MN

Wage:

$21 - $31/hr.

Hours:

3:30 pm – 2 am, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the robotic welder:

• Operate robotic welding equipment, including setup, programming, and running machines to produce parts to specifications
• Perform quality inspections of parts
• Ensure quality of welds and remove weld spatter using chisel and/or grinder
• Tag completed rework jobs appropriately
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of welding robots and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Coordinate workflow with team members to meet production targets
• Report material shortages, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors

Requirements of the robotic welder:

• Accurately read a tape measure
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Follow established procedures
• Lift 30-50 lbs.
• Wear steel-toed boots
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
