Lead Welder

Pay: $28-32/hour

Shift Available: 6am - 2:30pm M-F (Rogers, MN)

Job Overview:

The Welder position involves utilizing TIG welders to weld aluminum, including robotic welding.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of welding experience (TIG welding and robotics experience a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company welders, fostering a positive, high-performing team
