Lead Robotic Welder

Pay: $28-30/hour

Shift Available: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday (Rogers, MN)

Job Overview:

The Welder position involves utilizing TIG welders to weld aluminum, including robotic welding.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years welding experience (TIG welding and robotics experience a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company welders, fostering a positive, high-performing team
• Operate MIG, TIG, and robotic welders to weld aluminum and stainless steel, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Assist in the assembly of parts
