Job summary

Custom Staffing is seeking a 2nd shift Robotic Welder / Resistance Weld Operator for a client in Lima, OH. The role runs 3:30pm–1:00am, Monday–Friday, with a starting pay of $17.00/hour. You will operate welding processes (resistance and MIG) on parts produced by die tooling and ensure quality throughout the plant.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, following team goals, and working safely. A High School Diploma is required to qualify for this position.

• Experience in welding operations preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality checks.

Custom Staffing is looking to add a 2ndshift Robotic Welder /Resistance Weld Operator positions for a client in Lima, OH.

Hours: 3:30pm - 1:00am, Monday- Friday

Starting pay is $17.00/hour

This position is responsible for running parts produced by die tooling in a secondary press, resistance welding operations, MIG-welding operations, and any other assembly method operations utilized throughout the plant while verifying the quality of the parts being produced.

Key Qualifications Include:

• Execution and follow through of all production related activities in the Blanking area as assigned.
• Cleanliness and organization of work-center.
• Execute goals set forth by Team Leads and Production Management.
• Work safely and efficiently.
