Job summary

Ice Industries Inc. in Mason, OH seeks a Weld Cell Machine Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts to operate robotic welders assembling oil pans and perform leak testing.

• Responsible for keeping the area clean and participating in plant clean-up
• Work in a team environment, work with other employees
• Follow company policies, company safety policies and practice safe work habits

Job Title: Weld Cell Machine Operator

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Department: Production

Pay Rate: Starting off at $17.50

1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)

2nd shift: 2:30pm - 1:00am (Monday - Thursday)

General Function: Operating robotic welders for the assembly of oil pans, including leak testing, to make a quality product.

Job Duties:

• Safely operate robotic welders and resistance welders by manually placing an oil pan in/on the welder.

Working Conditions & Physical Component(s)

The manufacturing environment includes tow motors moving throughout the plant, non-air conditioning building, hearing protection, steel toe boots, glove, armguards, and safety glasses required. Standing 7.5 hours. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds continuously. Some bending and walking within weld cells.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience with robotic welders
