Job summary

Custom Staffing is seeking a 2nd shift Robotic Welder / Resistance Weld Operator for a client in Lima, OH. The role runs 3:30pm–1:00am, Monday–Friday, with a starting pay of $17.00/hour. You will operate welding processes (resistance and MIG) on parts produced by die tooling and ensure quality throughout the plant.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, following team goals, and working safely. A High School Diploma is required to qualify for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in welding operations preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Run parts produced by die tooling in a secondary press.
• Perform resistance welding and MIG welding operations.
• Verify part quality and document any issues.
