Job summary

Custom Staffing in Lima, OH seeks a Blanking Operator for the 2nd shift (3:30pm–1:30am, Mon–Fri). You will run parts produced by die tooling in a blanking press, verify part quality, and manage the equipment’s operational aspects with proper training for each activity.

Custom Staffing is seeking a Blanking Operator for a local client in Lima, OH. This is a 2nd shift position with the hours of 3:30pm to 1:30am. Monday- Friday.

The Blanking Operator is responsible for running parts produced by die tooling in a blanking press, verifying the quality of the parts being produced, and the operational aspects that correlate to the equipment used in the process as training for each activity is verified.Teamwork mindset is required.
