Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations in robotic weld area.
Ensure team efficiency.
Understand and enforce safety policies.
Communicate with other departments on materials.
Complete quality checks.
Inspect road safety components and ensure welds are correct.
Rework weldments that don't meet requirements.
Produce assemblies to quality standards.
Read check sheets and prints for specifications.
Understand robotic welding and basic programming.
Perform maintenance and 5S housekeeping.
