Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate welding tools and various hand tools per standard work.
• Read drawings, blueprints, and heat numbers when applicable.
• Follow weld procedures and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirements.
• May operate robot, load/unload parts and TPM tasks, report out‑of‑tolerance welds.
• Basic problem solving and decision making.
• Report inconsistencies and defects in material, product, or equipment.
