• Programs and operates the robotic welding machine to weld steel parts.
• Reviews blueprints, materials and production plans prior to machining and translates drawings into machine settings.
• Provides quality welds in accordance with AWS D1.1 weld code.
• Completes documentation associated with procedures.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance on the machine.
• Implements best practices related to robot programming and machine operation.
