Northern Manufacturing Co. is seeking a skilled welder for our Oak Harbor, OH fabrication team. You will read drawings and perform TIG and MIG welds on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum, ensuring welds meet tight tolerances.

3rd Shift hours are 7:30pm to 6:00am, Monday-Thursday, with overtime pay and potential for flexible schedules after the introductory period. We provide a safety-focused, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• MIG/TIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols.
• Ability to read/interpret 3D CAD drawings.

Responsabilités

• Read and understand customer drawings, weld symbols, and tolerances.
• Hold linear dimensions, squareness, and flatness within tolerances.
• Produce welds of the correct size and shape with few defects.
