Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team in California. You will assist the surgical team during operative procedures and ensure a sterile field throughout cases, supporting joint and robotic surgeries.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and total joint/robotic surgery experience, with preferred OR scrub tech experience and an Associate/Technical degree. Vaccination requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Total joint and robotic surgery experience required.
• Operating room/scrub tech experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate/Technical degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team during operative procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical field
• Pass instruments, supplies, and medications during surgeries
• Support total joint and robotic surgical procedures
• Ensure proper setup, counts, and breakdown of surgical cases
